NovaNext training provides workers with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills to prevent incidents, increase efficiency and fully comply with the strictest safety standards.
Internal Transport
Moving goods efficiently and safely within warehouse and logistics environments requires specific driving skills and insight. NovaNext's focus is on agile and damage-free maneuvering with vehicles such as forklifts, reach trucks and stackers. Our training covers theory and practice of motorized transport equipment — from pallet truck to combi truck. Drivers learn to control risks, keep loads stable, avoid accidents and maneuver equipment flawlessly in tight spaces.

Lifting Equipment
Our training focuses on strict safety procedures, stability and techniques for working at height or moving heavy loads with cranes and aerial work platforms. The safety of people and the environment comes first. The modules offered by NovaNext cover the expert and legally compliant operation of complex installations such as aerial work platforms, overhead cranes and mobile cranes. The focus is on stability, load slinging, the operation of safety systems and the correct use of fall protection.

Workshop Machines
Training for powerful earthmoving equipment on construction sites, such as excavators, wheel loaders and bulldozers. Earthmoving and site vehicles require excellent spatial awareness and specific control of this heavy equipment. NovaNext's practical programs focus on safely performing earthworks, loading and maneuvering on rough terrain. The emphasis is on the machine's operation, blind spots, site safety and prevention of terrain accidents.

Safety — Personal Safety
NovaNext offers practical training in first aid, fire and small extinguishing equipment, working at height, BA4/BA5 and ergonomics. Our training is designed to give participants immediately applicable safety skills and support a strong safety culture in the workplace.

Behaviour Training
Successful organisations build not only on technical expertise, but also on the right attitude and behaviours. With behaviour training, participants strengthen their sense of responsibility, safety awareness and professional collaboration. Using realistic risk situations, observations and practical exercises, behavioural patterns are made visible and improved. Each training is custom-developed, with specific attention to the challenges and pain points within the organisation. This way, our training seamlessly connects with the daily reality on the work floor and contributes to a stronger safety and company culture.

Movement Courses — E-bikes & Movement
The rise of electric bikes and speed pedelecs creates new opportunities in terms of mobility, but also brings specific points of attention. With NovaNext's Movement Courses, participants learn to safely, responsibly and confidently participate in traffic with modern two-wheelers. Our training combines theory and practice and is aimed at both novice and experienced users. We pay attention to traffic awareness, vehicle control, risk awareness and defensive driving behaviour.

Team & Safety Days
A strong safety and team culture does not emerge in a classroom alone, but mainly by experiencing, practicing and discovering together. NovaNext's team and safety days combine learning, collaboration and experience in an interactive environment where safety and team development take centre stage. During these days, participants are challenged in short workshops of 1 to 2h per session to work together, solve problems and strengthen their safety awareness. This creates a unique combination of knowledge building, collaboration and fun.
